Booking & cancellation policy

A 25% deposit confirms your booking.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Final participant numbers should be confirmed 7 days before the event. Later reductions or no-shows do not reduce the booking price. Additional participants are welcome subject to availability.

If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

One date change is free when requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability.

Any further date change is subject to a $50 rebooking fee, plus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

All rescheduled bookings must take place within 6 months of the original event date.

Changes requested within 7 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation.

• More than 7 days before the event: the 25% deposit is retained and any additional payment is refunded.
• 7 days or less before the event: 100% of the booking price is payable and non-refundable.

Weather-related postponements are covered by our separate Weather Policy.

If the activity cannot proceed because of unsuitable weather, the booking will be moved to another mutually agreed date rather than refunded.

If Footbikes Australia is unable to provide the booked activity for reasons other than weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will offer a suitable alternative, reschedule the activity, or provide another remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
